MCD Under skid

made me an underskid
from 4mm bullet proof perspex








an today,i have FINALY got around to sorting it out
ready for mounting

i marked an drilled 4 holes front an rear,using 4 of the 5 diff screws
these where drilled an then counter sunk

i also drilled the two holes for the engine chassis bolts,so that if needs be,the engine can be removed,without the need to remove the whole under skid

also i marked an drilled the 4 front holes,for the front bumper (didnt need counter sinking)








it was then mounted up to the chassis












the front bumper was then refitted to finish the job off







its now finished an ready for testing
if i dont get any done this week
then the bash is next weekend
so it will certainly get some there

Im not going to say it looks nice because its a sheet of plastic but top work looks like it will do the job nicley

an is there to protect the chassis underside

it will never look as good as that ever again

just get an FS, they come with a carbon wrap :face:

Yeah,

Its running bang on at the moment,

Few little tweeks and mabey some better tires but its really nice,

The tires are rubbish, Some really cheap RTR kit ones, Only set of proper tires not drift ones i have But it seams to go ok,

I did have some Spikes on the Mini but there ehhh now very Smooth,
