| Well, as some of you have noticed, I've ended up with a couple of helis, a 3ch and a 6ch. I then seemed to get bitten by an aviation bug, and went mad, Erm...... Yep, I've gone for a plane Oh, before we continue, that's a double bed that the box is sitting on, Before I get on with more pics, a bit of info on it. It's a Lanxiang F 22 Raptor, with 12 channels, yes, 12!!!!! Twin 70mm EDF run with 2 x 2150kv motors, 2 x 50 amp esc, and powered by a 6s 22.2v 3600mah bty, capable of 2.5kgs of thrust. The overall length is just over 1.5m, with a wingspan of just over a metre. It has retractable landing gear, bomb release, smoke generators, vectored thrust, ejectable canopy AND pilot ( ) as well as the normal full flying capabilities. Right, back to the piccies Although it's an rtf model ( bnib ) it does require some making, lol 6 bombs, 6 droptanks ( which contain the smoke release ) - 4 of the tanks are ' live ' the other 2 are empty ( 2 spare smoke cans on the r/h/s of pic ) Unbuilt, out of the box, having a rest on the bed lol - did I say it was fekn huge!!! Pilot and cockpit Business end Close up of one of the two 70 mm fans Before the last pic, I won this off the bay for 150.52 plus postage. The 52p was all important, by 3 seconds!!!! There are a couple of slight problems, for example, a lack of build instructions and another 2 of the bombs have broken fins ( that makes 8 in total, lol ) but there were a couple of things that more than make up for it lol. That's right, Sports fans, I seem to have 2 sets of 12ch tx/rx ( both 2.4ghz ) 3 x 6s btys and a heap of other bits, including servos etc. I've yet to see how many servos are spare, as some still need mounting to the frame, but hey! I'm impressed ( Needless to say, if any of you fine fellows and fellowettes could assist in tracking down some elusive instructions, it would be a great help ) Enjoy the pics peeps, once it's built, more will follow - then everyone better start ducking | |

| Cheers fella Last fixed wing I flew was about 23 years ago, lmao I'll have to break myself in gently, but by all accounts, due to the wing surface of this, they're a friendly flyer | |

| Not taken pics as yet, but it's coming together the nose section is complete, with retract, eject and whatever the other two servo leads do I also have a strange Y lead harness stating ' ch4 direction ' which makes no sense whatsoever, , but it's coming together On another note, the fans work..... they just blew my rug across the front room | |

| Well, it's all done Apologies for the photo quality, these were taken with the phone, and not the big camera. So here we go then..... The next couple with the smoke dispensers and bombs attached The confusing Y lead which I mentioned in the last post ended up plugging into another 2 wires coming from the nose landing gear. There's a servo for the retracting door, plus another servo for the steering nose gear ( yes, really!! ), Then, another for the multi colour flashing ' landing light ' There's an absolute forest of wires stuffed into the fuselage, from the 13 !! servo's that are in there, although somewhat cheekily, the system only uses a maximum of 8 channels, as opposed to the 12 it states Anyhoo, hope it looks good for you | |

| Why thank you Sir Of course, storage is a problem I've had to put the chair in the spare room onto one of the spare beds, and sit it on the floor under the spit, haha. It only just fits | |
